In House Accountant

Overview: We are seeking a skilled in house accountant to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have expertise with Microsoft Word/Excel, experience with Sage Timberline is preferable.
Will work closely with CPA to provide information for taxes and financials.
Responsibilities: - Prepare and examine financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with laws and regulations - Perform general ledger reconciliations - Assist with financial forecasting - Conduct month-end and year-end close processes - Accounts payable, job costing and payroll - Prepare financial reports for management review Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance - Proven work experience as an Accountant or similar role - Proficiency in accounting software such as Sage Timberline - Strong understanding of financial concepts and practices - Excellent knowledge of regulatory reporting requirements - Ability to analyze financial data and prepare accurate reports - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Job Type: Full-time Pay: $65,000.
