Talk to Me Technologies is looking for an Accounts Payable representative to join our team! This position provides support in maintaining company financial records.
Responsibilities include:
Processing purchase invoices and recording credit card expenditures
Liaising with suppliers and colleagues to answer inquiries and resolve any issues with processing
Reconciliation of supplier statements and investigating negative or outstanding balances
Support administration team on implementation of Business Central ERP system
Prioritizes workload while maintaining accuracy and consistency

Key skills and Requirements for this position
Detail Oriented
Strong Organization Skills
Experience in Accounts Payable or Associate's Degree, preferred
