Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain mill equipment to process food products
- Deliver or sack feed once made
- Monitor production processes and make adjustments as necessary to ensure quality and efficiency
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on machinery, such as lubricating parts and replacing worn or damaged components
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
-Flexibility to work on multiple projects at once
-Work weekends, seasonal hours and overtime if needed.
Qualifications:
- Mechanical knowledge and aptitude for troubleshooting and repairing equipment
- Experience in a farm or food processing environment is preferred
- Forklift operation experience is a plus
- Commercial driving experience is an advantage

Must be able to operate mobile equipment such as forklift, tractor, etc.

)
Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee will also be required to stand, walk, ascend/descend feed bins and ladders.
The employee must be able to reach with hands and arms, and will be regularly required to lift up to 50 pounds multiple times per day.
Work Environment: The employee will be exposed to weather conditions on a consistent basis and will frequently drive in all weather conditions.
On day-to-day basis, the employee will work near moving mechanical parts and may be required to work in high, precarious places.
The noise level will be moderate to high.
