800 WEEKLY BENEFITS AFTER 30 DAYS REQUIREMENTS Minimum 3 months of OTR or Regional driving experience in the past three years.
Mandatory passing of hair follicle & urine tests Not open to SAP drivers Clean driving record: Max 3 moving violations in the last 3 years, 2 in the last 12 months.
Major violations? None in the last year and only one in the past three years.
Safety priority: Up to 4 incidents in the last 3 years allowed, no DOT Recordables within the same period.
