Nephrology - Clinic RN

Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Registered Nurse to join our Nephrology Clinic team.
As a Nephrology Clinic RN, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care to individuals with kidney-related health issues.
Responsibilities: - Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians - Handling referrals, scheduling, and prior authorizations - Monitoring and assessing patients' conditions and reporting changes to physicians - Educating patients and their families on kidney disease management and treatment options - Collaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans - Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records - Ensuring compliance with clinic policies and procedures This is a full-time position.
Monday-Friday.
No weekends, holidays, or call.

Requirements: - Active RN license in good standing - Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in nephrology or a related field preferred but not required - BLS and MRT certification - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills - Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
