3rd Shift Care givers!

Responsibilities: - Provide direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities in a residential setting - Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming - Administer medications following proper protocols and guidelines - Monitor and record vital signs as needed - Implement behavior management strategies to promote positive behaviors and ensure the safety of individuals - Assist with meal planning, preparation, and feeding - Support individuals in participating in social and recreational activities - Maintain a clean and safe living environment for individuals Requirements: - Previous experience in caregiving or working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred - Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information - Ability to lift and transfer individuals as needed (up to 50 pounds) - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with individuals, families, and team members - Familiarity with assisted living regulations and best practices - Ability to follow care plans and document observations accurately - Basic knowledge of medical terminology and ability to perform basic medical tasks under supervision Please note that this job description is not exhaustive, and additional duties may be assigned as needed.
