The current dentist is looking to expand the team, offering an opportunity for someone to work initially for 3 days a week, with the potential for more days.
Key Details:
Work Schedule: Initially 3 days a week, with the possibility of additional days.
Ownership Potential: Open to an associate dentist with the potential for ownership in the future.
Current Team: The office currently has one dentist and 3 dental assistants.
Patient Load: The team sees 25-30 patients per day.
Responsibilities: The dentist will be responsible for their own hygiene/SRP.
Compensation: The position includes a negotiable percentage of collections.
The dentist is open to both W2 and 1099 employment options.

Key Responsibilities:
Examine, diagnose, prescribe, and carry out services and treatment plans.
Provide comprehensive dental care to patients, including restorative, crown and bridge, endodontic, and extractions as per their comfort level.
Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations and practice policies.
Maintain accurate patient records.
Collaborate with other dental professionals in the practice to ensure the best possible patient outcomes.
Stay up to date with the latest developments in dentistry and participate in continuing education opportunities.
Requirements:
DMD or DDS degree from an accredited dental school.
Valid state dental license in Iowa
Active DEA and CPR
2 to 3 years of experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable working with computer technology.
Passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
