*Warren Transport* is growing the truck leasing team in our Waterloo, Iowa office! _This is __*NOT*_ _a remote or work from home position_.
Internally this career is known as a *Leasing Manager* for Competitive Equipment Sales.
The Leasing Manager is responsible for serving as the main point of contract for Independent Contractors, leasing, and insurance commencement through truck purchase or lease renewals.

You would be working with Independent Contract Drivers to lease trucks.
This position would manage the lease process of composing drafts, reviewing, and approving lease arrangements while educating contractor on lease requirements and purchase options.
The Leasing Manager would identify, develop, and implement solutions to expand offerings that enhance the success of the lease holder and the company.
This role would manage the pre and post inspection process for leased trucks, facilitate the scheduling of prep and maintenance, reviewing work orders, monitoring repairs, and warranties associated with leased trucks.

Our drivers work hard to keep the supply chain moving and well stocked for consumers.
The Leasing Manager is helping to get drivers in trucks to meet those challenges.

*“What does it take to be successful?”*
* 4 to 5 years of experience in truck operations, maintenance, and/or leasing preferred.
* Strong financial acumen is a must.
* Proven ability to build trust across all levels in the company and with contractors.
* Strong interpersonal skills working within all levels of the organization.
* Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and listening).
* Ability to learn the business and understand lease contracts.
