Bradford Companies, corporate office to MMC Properties, Next Generation Wireless, Jiva SalonSpa, and Wheels Powersports is seeking a skilled and motivated Property Manager to join our family oriented and award-winning organization.
This individual will be responsible for commercial and residential property maintenance and projects for properties.
Reporting directly to the President/CEO, this position, based in Cedar Falls, IA, will require some travel.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for all maintenance issues or questions for commercial properties and retail stores.
Respond to tenant needs – both commercial and residential properties.
This includes being available 24 hours for calls from tenants as the need arises.
Responsible for showing residential properties.
Be the lead point of contact and coordinate any construction projects.
Responsible for snow and lawncare at certain properties.
Responsible for light construction, handyman work, and light painting.
Leading all retail store remodels.
Take care of the needs for any property as they arise.
Qualifications:
Must have an understanding of project and property management and working with contractors in accepting and reviewing bids.
Must have the skills and physical ability to evaluate and take care of light construction, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, painting and landscaping.
Must be flexible with their schedule as needs arise.
Valid driver's license required.
