Property Preservation Vendor looking for a sub-contractor to complete work on properties going through the foreclosure process.
Looking for coverage in Colo, Keystone, Gladbrook, Independence, Marshalltown, Iowa and surrounding.
Work includes grass cuts, winterizations, securing, debris removal and general handy man work.
Must have a smart phone to take photos through an app which will be submitted to our client.
Previous experience is a plus but not required.
