Waterloo Works Skilled: Electrical Machine Maintenance Apprentice Program
You have selected to complete a profile at Waterloo Works Electrical Machine Maintenance Apprenticeship.
Industrial Electricians perform electrical maintenance and repair to production equipment in a fast paced, multitasked environment.
In addition, they are expected to:
- Troubleshoot and repair a variety of electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems following strict safety practices and - OSHA regulations.
- Perform tasks necessary to support operations in a team environment.
- Support preventative and predictive maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime.
- Work with minimal supervision.
- Supply own tools.
- Work shifts (choice of shift based on seniority)
