Your Primary Responsibilities will include
What you’ll do
As a Construction Observation Technician, you will work with engineers, environmental scientists and many more people.
And you’ll develop leadership skills.
You will also:
Observe construction and materials testing.
Work in the field throughout the year.
Prepare project notes.
Create and interpret CAD drawings, and prepare calculations and summary sheets.
Support the engineering and environmental functions of the firm.
Develop leadership skills that build autonomy.
What you'll need
What it takes
An associate degree in Engineering Technology, Construction Technology, Architecture Technology or CAD drafting from a technical college or institution is preferred.
We are looking for someone with experience, but recent grads with internship experience will be considered.
You should also:
Speak and write well.
Have strong analytical and organizational skills.
Be a team player.
