I am a serious buyer looking for serious record collections, and I pay top dollar! The better the collection, the better I can pay.
Don't waste your time with record stores or other dealers, they want to buy just a handful of desirable albums for a couple of bucks then leave you with the rest to figure out.
If you have an interesting collection, then I'm probably interested in it.

Soul, R&B and Funk, artists like; James Brown, Curtis Mayfield, The Impressions, Funkadelic, Parliament, George Clinton, Bootsy Collins, Marvin Gaye, Otis Redding, Stevie Wonder, Donny Hathaway, Gil Scott Heron, Aretha Franklin, and more!
Jazz, typically from the 1950's-1970's, labels like Blue Note, Prestige, Status, Contemporary and many more, artists like Bobby Hutcherson, Miles Davis, John Coltrane, Pharoah Sanders, Thelonious Monk, Art Blakey, Joe Henderson, Alice Coltrane, Dorothy Ashby, McCoy Tyner, and so many others.
Hip Hop, especially from the 80's and 90's, early artists like Dr.
Dre, Tupac, BIG, A Tribe Called Quest, Pete Rock, Masta Ace, Outkast, Ultramagnetic MCs, Beastie Boys, Wu-Tang, De La Soul, Slick Rick, EPMD, Erik B & Rakim
Condition matters, content matters.
If they are full of cigarette smoke or dirt and mold, that makes things difficult.
I'm not currently looking for old Waltz/Classical/Big Band/Swing/Country & Western/Show Tunes/etc.
